How Do You Invest in Stocks and Trades Successfully? Start Copy Trading

The successful analysis of stocks and trades is based not only in complex research, but years of experience; and, often, costly learning curves. If you want to invest in stocks and trades, you’re up against some very serious players, with all kinds of access and information at their fingertips which isn’t available – or comprehensible – to the average person.

Until now.

In the past, access was essentially only granted to those with a million or more to throw into the pot. That’s all changed. Access is now wide open. So the trick is to know what you’re doing. You could:

  • Spend months reading books on the subject
  • Give up hours each day to study the markets
  • Watch YouTube videos by supposed “experts”

Or you could copy the investments and trades of professionals – in real time. How? Sign up with a company that works with them and will let you.

Here’s how it works:

Echoing High Level Investment

Echo Trade offers no less than three membership tiers unlocking full access to 1, 3 or 5 portfolios; and all portfolios belong to registered investment advisory firms, with all performance based on live, real accounts created by a portfolio manager.

With Echo Trade you are choosing to echo the actions of top-tier portfolio managers, not following trading opinions or having to spend hours attempting to discern the markets before taking action.

This means stock analysis is performed by professionals, with investments in stocks and trades made with high expectations of strong return on investment.

Minimum Investment

Echo Trade provides open access to all its members, with no minimum required. The only outlay is your monthly subscription. Echo Trade’s experience has covered multiple asset classes, including currencies, futures, and equities. With Echo Trade, you are a self-directed trader, not a client of any Registered Investment Advisor.

The Benefits of Copy Trading

Copy trading first appeared online in the mid-to-late 2000s. Its benefits have been enjoyed by both new and experienced traders, with its impact felt strongly across the Forex market, due to it being the biggest and most liquid market available, as well as other markets, including stocks and cryptocurrencies.

In copy trading, one trader copies transactions made by another trader – very much in a world once reserved for those with a million plus to play with. In a sense, it allows people to invest in professional traders themselves, rather than individual trade opportunities. You could hear various names for a copied trader, including:

  • Master trader
  • Provider
  • Leader
  • Copied trader
  • Signal provider

The terms appear indistinguishable, but “signal provider” may make more sense to an experienced trader copy trading from another based on specific strategies, whereas master trader would make more sense to a novice wanting the financial benefits of somebody with years of professional experience.

For the novice, copy trading does not require any knowledge or skills in the financial markets. And today it requires far less time to do – and importantly, zero delays in copying the trade after the initial trade is executed. (More below.)

The Downside of Copy Trading

One of the most repeated arguments against copy trading doesn’t really add up. Naysayers suggest that the sheer ease of copy trading robs the individual of the ability to learn (although, when trading, who wants to learn from mistakes?) In other words, reliance on the expertise of others is thought to create dependence and encourage laziness.

That’s possible, but it’s up to the individual. There is just as much opportunity for the copy trader to learn from those being copied. Experienced traders don’t copy trade out of laziness, but as part of a study in strategy, picking who and when to copy very carefully for their own reasons.

In the same way, the novice trader can use copy trading as an educational tool.

The Rise of Copy Trading

Back in the 90s, some traders sent newsletters to their followers in which they described their trades and the strategies behind them. Years later, virtual chat and trading rooms began to appear. Mirror trading began when traders started posting their strategies along with the performances, allowing others to “mirror” the approach.

If the above gives the impression of large amounts of time between source trades and copied trades, that would be right. Copy trading latency means that the delay between the actions of the master trader and the copy trade could result in a master trader buying and selling before the copy can be executed. Latency takes on many forms – and time periods – in copy trading; removing it to the fullest extent possible is key.

Latency was an issue in the past and remains so in the present.

No Delays – Echo Trade

The Echo Trade investment strategy platform enables copy traders to copy the trades of professional portfolio managers instantly, with real-time notifications to ensure the action isn’t missed, and what has been described as unparalleled transparency.

As mentioned above, this is a rarified space once exclusive to those with a million or more to invest. With Echo Trade, access is given to top-tier portfolios even for those with modest resources. Members can search, subscribe, and copy the trades of professional wealth manager strategies at will.

More reassuringly, the company makes it simple to select a portfolio to unlock in the Echo Trade marketplace based on personal goals and risk tolerance. Once a portfolio is unlocked, you gain high-level access, viewing portfolio positions and receiving immediate trade notifications, which can be copied in your own account.

It’s a powerful investment in itself, with up to 5 live portfolios owned by professional portfolios managers, ready to be accessed. All portfolios belong to registered investment advisory firms and are part of available membership tiers with Echo Trade, with no minimum investment amount required across the board.
