But is Surveys On The Go legit? And how much can you earn?

In this Surveys On The Go review, I’ll give you the scoop so you can decide if it’s worth your time.

What Is Surveys On The Go?

Surveys On The Go is a mobile app created in 2011 that lets you earn cash by completing surveys right from your phone, wherever you are.

So, what sets it apart? Unlike many other platforms, Surveys On The Go pays you in cash, not points.

Also, by opting into location services, you can access surveys that match your daily movements, potentially increasing your earnings. The platform is all about giving brands your honest feedback in real time.

So, Surveys On The Go gives you a simple way to earn some extra cash. It’s not a full-time gig, but it’s a great side hustle to check out when you have a bit of free time.

Is Surveys On The Go Legit?

You’re reading this because you’re curious, “Is Surveys On The Go legit?”

My answer: Yes, it is!

Here’s why I’m confident that Surveys On The Go is legit:

1. I wasn’t able to find any reports of users complaining about any scams or dishonest behavior.

2. The app has received plenty of positive reviews on both the Google Play Store and on the Apple App Store.

3. There’s ample evidence online that Surveys On The Go does actually pay out as promised.

It’s safe to say that Surveys On The Go is a legitimate platform that pays you for your opinions. Just be aware that the number of surveys available to you may vary, which can affect how quickly you earn cash.

Is Surveys On The Go Worth It?

Are you wondering if the Surveys On The Go app is worth your time, and is Surveys On The Go legit?

I spent a lot of time doing research, and after writing this Surveys On The Go review, here’s what I think:

Surveys On The Go is legit and worth it.

Keep in mind that you won’t be rolling in cash. Yes, you’ll get paid for your opinion (in cash).  But it’s more of a side gig. Think of it as a tool to help you earn a bit of extra money while you’re waiting in line or chilling on your sofa at home.

So, if you’re cool with earning a few bucks here and there on the side (and you’re at least 13 years old), then give it a shot. Just don’t expect to quit your day job over it.

How Does Surveys On The Go Work?

Surveys On The Go is an app where you can earn money by taking surveys.

Getting started with Surveys On The Go is pretty straightforward. First, download the free app, available for Android and iOS.

Once you sign up, you’ll want to head to the “Surveys” tab on the bottom left of the menu bar on the app. First, you’ll want to complete what’s called a “demographic survey” or an “About Me” survey. There may be more than one available. This is where you’ll share some basic information about yourself so the SOTG app can determine what surveys you’re eligible for.

The surveys on the SOTG app cover different topics like business, politics, entertainment, news, sports, media, and technology.

*Note: To maximize your earnings, you can enable location services and push notifications on the app so SOTG can send you surveys when they’re first available and based on where you are.

There are five different types of surveys on the Surveys On The Go app, including:

  1. General Surveys: These are available based on the demographic information you provided upon signing up.
  2. Location surveys: These are available based on your recent location history, if you enable location services on the app.
  3. Diary Surveys: You’ll have to complete daily entries about your lifestyle, routines, and product experiences during a specific timeframe.
  4. In-Home Product Testing: This gives you the opportunity to try out products at home and share your honest feedback online.
  5. Partner Surveys: These are available based on your interests as indicated in the demographic information you provided when you signed up.

The “General Surveys” typically pay between $1 and $5 and take between 10 and 30 minutes to complete. These are available on a daily basis.

The “Location Surveys” usually pay more than general surveys (the range is $5 to $25), because they tend to take more time and are only available once a week. You can expect these surveys to take half an hour to a full hour. Also, be sure to enable your push notifications and enter these surveys right when they become available — due to high demand, they tend to expire fast.

The “Diary Surveys” offer some of the highest earning opportunities at $20 to $50 per survey. This is likely because they’re only available every month or so and require you to complete multiple entries within a specific time period.

Next is the “In-Home Product Testing” that pays anywhere from $10 to $50 (or sometimes even more). This requires you to have a product shipped to your home, test it out, and then share your opinions and feedback. Surveys On The Go doesn’t state how often these opportunities are available, stating that availability depends on their research needs.

Then there are the “Partner Surveys.” These surveys are available on the Surveys On The Go app every day, and pay $1 per survey. Also, you should know that these aren’t listed as “Partner Surveys” in the Surveys tab on the app. They’re usually named something else, like “Saturn, Jupiter, or Helios.”

Once you reach $10 in your account, you can cash out via PayPal, Venmo, or Visa, with a Starbucks or Amazon gift card, or to charity. You can only request a payout once every 7 days.

Overall, it’s a legit way to earn some extra cash. Just don’t expect to quit your day job.

So, if that sounds good to you, give it a try!

What Is The Catch With Surveys On The Go?

Now that I’ve covered “Is Surveys On The Go legit?” you might be asking, “What’s the catch?”

Well, lucky for you, there is no real “catch.”

The closest thing to a catch that I could find was that only some of the survey types are available every day, so earnings can be slow. Remember, it’s best as a side hustle rather than a primary income source. Still totally worth trying in your spare time!

Is Surveys On The Go Safe?

Yes, Surveys On The Go is safe to use. It’s a legit platform offering paid surveys for users 13 and older.

Your responses are kept confidential and used solely for research purposes, so SOTG won’t share your personal information without your permission.

Pros and Cons of Surveys On The Go

So, is Surveys On The Go legit?

Like any survey app, this one has its upsides and downsides. Here’s my list of Surveys On The Go pros and cons:

Pros:

  • Getting started is easy. The Surveys On The Go mobile app is available for both iOS and Android.
  • Access your cash fast. You only need $10 to cash out through PayPal, Venmo, or Visa or with an Amazon or Starbucks gift card.

Cons:

  • Not all surveys are available everyday. The Partner Surveys that only pay $1 are available daily, but if you want to earn up to $50 with a Diary Survey, those are only available once every month or so.
  • There aren’t a lot of earning opportunities. Unlike similar platforms that also let you play games or share your browser history to make money, you’re limited to daily surveys with SOTG, although you might get to review products at home every now and then.

So, if you’re patient and looking for a simple way to earn a bit on the side, Surveys On The Go is the perfect opportunity for you!
