You don’t have to sell your clothes to make money, you can rent your clothes. There’s a site called SnapGoods which allows you to rent out literally anything that you own. The downside of SnapGoods is that the owner and the renter must live in the same city — but if you live in a major city this is definitely something explore. And your friends thought your designer bag collection was a total waste of money.

20. Rent Your Parking Space

There are a lot of apps to try if you are interested in renting out your parking space (just make sure to confirm that this is legal where you live). When selecting an app, keep supply and demand in mind. If an app has a lot of users in your area, it might be a good one to consider, since a high number of users means a high number of potential renters. However, be wary of using more than one app at a time since you don’t want double bookings.
